Due to current events and increased attacks by climate activists on German museums, the security measures of our museums had to be strengthened.

We therefore ask our visitors to leave items such as bags, regardless of size, as well as coats, jackets and similar bulky outerwear at the checkroom or in the lockers. Bags that must be carried for medical reasons, for example, will be checked for their contents and can be taken along without restriction.
We regret the inconvenience caused and ask for your understanding in the interest of protecting the works of art, historical objects and buildings.
