Opening hours

The New Castle, the museum of World War I (Reduit Tilly) and the bavarian police museum (Turm Triva) are open from

Tuesday - Friday 9:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m
Saturday - Sunday 10:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m

 
Official holliday 10:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m

If an official holliday is a monday, the museum is open.
 

Closed:
every Monday, New Year's Day, Tuesday of carnival, Good Friday, All Saints' Day,
24th, 25th and december 31st

Please note that the castle courtyard will remain closed on the following days:
New Year's Day, Good Friday, All Saints' Day, December 31st

In addition to buying tickets at the ticket office in the museum, we also offer online tickets (please note the advance booking fee here).
